How to make a reservation?

If you want to make a reservation on our website, please contact us from reservation form. If you cannot use the form, please contact us by phone.
Also, you can also make booking by directly calling us.

Are there any additional charges to room rate?

We charge extra fee for the late check out and additional amenities, but generally there are no additional charges to room rate.

Is it possible to cancel reservation?

Booking cancellation is possible, however cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation 1 week to 4 days before arrival: 20% of accommodation fee (30% for group bookings)
Cancellation up to 2-3 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee (50% for group bookings)
Cancellation one day before arrival: 80% of accommodation fee (80% for group bookings)
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of accommodation fee (100% for group bookings)

※ In case of no-show, 100% of accommodation fee will be charged.

When is check-in / check-out time?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 21:00.
The staff will be waiting you at the time you mentioned in your reservation form. Please contact us in case of delay or changes.
Check out is until 11:00. We will charge extra fee for the late check-out: 50% of accommodation fee until 13:00 same day and 100% after 13:00. Please not that late check-out may be not possible.

Which services are available for additional fee?

We provide massage, home country delivery, food delivery and so on at additional fee.

Is meal included in the room rate?

We do not offer meals at the hotel.
You can buy food outside and eat in the room. Using delivery service and cooking at the room`s kitchen is also possible.
To prevent fire, please refrain from bringing a stove, or using flammable cooking utensils

Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel before arrival?

If you send your luggage to hotel in the morning of the arrival day, we will return it at the front desk during check-in. Please note that valuables and fresh foods cannot be sent.

Is it possible to make reservation for additional guests?

Depending on room, we can accommodate additional guests (there are sofa beds and mattresses prepared). In case of exceeding the maximum number of guests, we charge extra fees. Please contact us during reservation.

Is it possible to exceed number of guests mentioned in the reservation form?

If the number of guests differs from reservation, we may refuse to stay.
Also, if you have a visitor to the hotel, please use the lobby on the 1st floor.

Is it possible to smoke in the room?

We are very sorry, but our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Is it possible to have party in the room during stay?

We are very sorry, but parties might be annoying to other customers. Please refrain from using the room by a large number of people and chatting at night.
If there are any changes to the number of guests, please inform us in advance.

Is it possible for minors to make reservation?

We are very sorry, but reservation made by minors is not possible.

Is it possible to stay with pets?

We are very sorry, but staying with pets is not possible. Please use pet hotels in the neighborhood.

Do you charge for using kitchen or laundry?

We do not charge for using kitchen and laundry provided in each room.

Do you have a parking lot?

The hotel does not have a parking lot, so please use the nearest paid coin parking. Please call us before the arrival and we will inform you about the closest lots.

Do you have a parking lot for bikes or bicycles?

We are very sorry, but the hotel does not have a parking lot for bicycles or motorcycles.

Do you have Internet?

We provide Wi-Fi in our hotel. Please contact the reception desk for details.

Is it possible to exchange foreign currency?

Please use our foreign currency exchange machine installed on the 1st floor.
We support currency exchange of US dollars, pounds, Swiss francs, Chinese yuan, won, euro, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar, Taiwan dollar and Thai baht.

What should I do if I lost my room key?

In case room key is lost or stolen, please contact the hotel promptly. If you lose your room key, we will charge 30,000 yen for reissue fee.

Where to get information about sightseeing spots and experiences in Kyoto?

Please ask at the front desk to get the relevant information about traditional workshops, sightseeing spots and events in Kyoto.
