Getting Started

Check-out time

Check-out time is 11 AM. If you wish to have late check-out, please inform the front desk in advance.
(Late check-out fee)
Until 13:00 50% of room charge
After 13:00 100% of the room price
Please understand that late check-out is not always possible.

Room key

Even if you close the door it will not lock automatically. When you go out, please close your door with room key and keep it to yourself.
In addition, we have auto lock on the front desk on the first floor, but please be sure to close the door when staying.

Valuables and luggage

Luggage except valuables can be kept at the reception desk.
We have installed a safety box in each room please use it to keep valuables.

Lost & Found

If you find a lost belonging, please contact the front desk immediately.

Animal

Please do not bring pets such as dogs, cats etc. to the hotel.

Non-smoking

The entire building is non-smoking. Please acknowledge it beforehand.

Visitors

Please use the lobby on the first floor.

Foreign Currency Exchange

Please use foreign currency exchange machines installed on the 1st floor.
We support currency exchange of 80 countries.

Home delivery service

Please feel free to ask the front staff.
Delivery will be shipped the same day, or the next day, depending on the reception hours and the date and time.

For our customers' safety, we have a perfect disaster prevention system ready, but as a precaution we would like you to read "In case of emergency".

Once you arrive to your room ...

  • Please check the stairs before the room.
  • Please check the flashlight and disaster prevention bag.
  • Please be careful during fire.

In case of fire...

  • Please contact the front desk immediately.
  • Please loudly inform others.
  • If you think it is a fire due to smoke or smell, please contact the front desk.

In the event of a fire in the hotel ...

  • When you can leave the room, please be sure to close the door.
    (It is possible to prevent fire and smoke from spreading.)
  • Employees of the hotel will guide you to a safe place so please calm down and evacuate.

In case of evacuation ...

  • Please wet the towel with water and cover your nose and mouth.
  • During evacuation, please never use the elevator.
  • Keep a low attitude and use the stairs.
  • Since it is dangerous to return to your room to take valuables etc. after being evacuated, please do not try it.

If it is late to run

  • Please call for help to the manager or the front desk by phone. If the phone does not work, please signal from the window with a flashlight, sheets etc. that you are here and wait for rescue.
  • Please wait for rescue by clearing the door gap with wet towels and sheets etc. to prevent smoke and flame invasion.

If an earthquake occurs ...

  • The hotel has an earthquake resistant structure.
  • Please open doors and windows and secure evacuation routes.
  • Please don not stay near the window if the window glass breaks.
  • Please be careful of falling objects and protect your head.
  • Please never use the elevator.
